I've not heard of the brand, Golden Rose, but I'm lemming more already.
This is a beautiful formula. Two coats and I was done. It dried to a lovely, high shine and, although the holo is subtle, it's definitely there. I promise to take a better photo in sunlight soon. With Boo being sick, it's just not been a priority.
PS. There is actually a proper black lid for this lacquer. It dropped off and I don't know where it is!
