Thanks to everyone who entered the September Giveaway. It's going to take me a few days to get through all the entries but I am aiming to have the two winners announced during the week.
And make sure you stay tuned for the October Giveaway which kicks off tomorrow. I won't say much but it is being sponsored by a brand new Aussie brand that will blow your socks off.
It's not really news but I miss Ms Nixxy and Kaz. Being the Queen is not the cakewalk I thought it would be. They better come back or I'm going to drag them home.
Oooh, it's deep, it's red, it's luscious.
A lacquer that resembles Aurora Borealis always gets to me.
Don't argue. Just click this link. Prepared to be delighted.
My little sister thinks this is a nail art fail. In my world, where I can't draw anything, I think it's a BIG SUCCESS.
You guys know I love myself some Diana goodness. This is beautiful.
If you have a great nail related post to share, paste a link in the comments.
Otherwise, read on for a general update and some smack talk.
Thanks to everyone for their supportive comments regarding my aunt. The good news: she's in a rehabilitation facility and the doctors are pleased with her progress. The bad news: she's fighting more demons than just the ones released in the accident. In some perverse way, this accident will force her to face, and fight, those demons.
Regarding all your comments, I've decided to draw a line in the sand for this week and not try and catch up. I have read every comment and I thank you for them but, really, time is not on my side at the moment. So, yes, it's back to normal as of tomorrow and I will be back on board with commenting.
In cheery news, I attended the Melbourne Beauty Bloggers Event yesterday, held at Oxygen Skin Centre. To say we were spoilt was an understatement. Aside from delicious food, there was great conversations to be had, massages to be enjoyed, and goody bags so heavy that we'll all be seeing our chiros next week. I will do a full write up of events on YGF next week.
To close, here's some Chuff and Boo goodness. Monkey babies. I asked them for a nice photo on the couch together. Instead, I got wrestling with some WWF drama thrown in for kicks and giggles. MONKEY BABIES.
