Like Seoul and Las Vegas, this is opaque in two coats, albeit it dries to an extraordinarily rough finish. If you want a smooth finish, definitely file off your nails gently to eliminate the glitter hangover, and then apply a top coat (I always find Seche Vite works brilliantly on glitters).
I can't wait to see how this looks as a matte. Because the base colour of the lacquer itself is a purple hue, I suspect it's going to be amazing.
